Here's Josh Plummer from Radstock with a 9lb Common Carp.

The fish was caught from The Miners Fishery, Mells, Somerset.
Josh used strawberry luncheon meat to tempt the fish.
A bubble float - with the bait fished about 10cm from the surface fooled this lovely common.
